Job summary

Aventus is seeking a Director-level M&A & ECM professional to join its Dubai team. The role is broad-based across M&A advisory and Equity Capital Markets, requiring seasoned experience in originating and executing transactions for the Middle East region.

The ideal candidate will manage deal execution from pitch to close, develop senior client relationships in the GCC, and mentor junior bankers while contributing to the growth of Aventus’s M&A and ECM platform in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of investment banking experience.
• Proven track record across both M&A and ECM, including IPOs and follow-on offerings.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and deal-structuring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute M&A transactions: acquisitions, disposals, mergers, JVs.
• Lead and execute ECM transactions: IPOs, follow-ons, rights issues, ABs.
• Originate and develop client relationships with corporates, sponsors and investors.
