Job summary

Aventus Global Talent is recruiting a Capital Markets Associate for a global Dubai-based law firm. The role focuses on Debt Capital Markets with occasional ECM work, supporting a broad mix of regional and cross-border transactions for institutional and corporate clients.

The ideal candidate has roughly 2–4 years' post-qualification experience and strong grounding in DCM/ECM from a recognized law firm. UAE/GCC based candidates or those willing to relocate from the UK are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Around 2–4 PQE with strong capital markets grounding in DCM / ECM work at a Legal 500 law firm.
• Candidates based in UAE / GCC or considering relocation from the UK are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Debt issuances and capital markets programmes
• Conventional and Islamic capital markets transactions
• Regulatory capital and structured debt matters
• IPOs and other equity offerings as required
• Cross-border transactions across the Middle East and international markets
