Job summary

PwC in Dubai is seeking a Director-level tax leader to guide multinational client engagements across tax planning, compliance and strategy. You will lead M&A tax advisory, analyse complex regulations, and optimise client outcomes while upholding PwC standards and governance.

You will mentor and develop teams, drive thought leadership, and collaborate across service lines to maximize client value and strengthen the Firm’s market position in the region.

Qualifications

• Director-level experience in tax services with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience advising on mergers and acquisitions tax planning and structuring.
• Ability to analyse complex tax regulations and guide client engagements.
