Job summary

PwC Middle East seeks an experienced Corporate Tax Director to lead complex UAE engagements for multinational groups and regional conglomerates. You will shape our go-to-market strategy, coach high‑performing teams, and build executive relationships with CFOs and Tax Directors.

You will oversee taxation advisory, compliance, and controversy matters under UAE Corporate Tax, ensuring quality execution, risk management, and profitable growth for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant corporate/international tax experience, with significant UAE/GCC exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Recognised tax/accounting qualification (e.g., ADIT, CTA, ACA, CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• English fluency required; Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex UAE Corporate Tax engagements for multinational groups and regional clients.
• Drive engagement strategy, budgets, staffing, and risk management with high quality outputs.
• Develop new business, originate proposals, and build executive-level client relationships.
• Provide inclusive leadership, coaching, and cross-service-line collaboration.
