Job summary

CPX is seeking a Director for GRC Services in the UAE to lead governance, risk and compliance advisory across regulated sectors. You will own the practice's strategy, client relationships and profitability, while ensuring quality and regulatory alignment.

The role demands senior leadership, thought leadership, and a track record of growing a GRC practice. You will oversee delivery, risk management programmes and cross-functional initiatives, driving market engagement and capability development

Qualifications

• 12+ years of governance, risk and/or compliance experience in professional services or consulting.
• Leadership experience of 5+ years with delivery, P&L and business development accountability.
• Proven track record leading a large GRC practice or multi-engagement programs across regulated sectors.
• Experience advising on national/sector cyber governance and assurance programs is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, service portfolio and GTM for GRC Services aligned with firm strategy.
• Own P&L, revenue targets, utilization, margins and pricing.
• Identify regulatory and risk themes; shape new propositions and methodologies.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite, boards and audit committees.
• Lead origination, scoping, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Drive cross-selling and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Ensure delivery accountability for GRC engagements and applicable standards compliance.
• Lead, mentor and develop managers and consultants; drive capability building.
