Job summary

CPX in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Manager – GRC Services (Compliance) to lead regulatory compliance advisory engagements for clients across financial services and regulated sectors. You will design compliance frameworks, assess gaps, and build governance and monitoring programs, while managing teams and client relationships to ensure timely, quality delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of relevant compliance experience, including consulting or advisory experience.
Minimum 2 years managing compliance engagements and teams end to end.
Experience with compliance framework design and regulatory gap assessment.
Experience with cyber governance programs and regulatory reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver compliance engagements including framework design, gap assessments, policy development and monitoring programmes.
Lead engagement scope, budgets, timelines, quality, and deliverables; escalate to the Director when required.
Serve as primary contact for compliance and risk stakeholders within client organizations.
Communicate complex regulatory requirements in a clear, actionable manner.
Lead and develop a team of assessors and GRC analysts; coaching and quality reviews.
Support proposals, scoping and pricing for compliance opportunities and identify follow-on work.
