Job summary

CPX is seeking a techno-functional leader for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) advisory and technology enablement within a healthcare regulatory environment in Abu Dhabi. The role oversees design, configuration, and operationalization of enterprise GRC platforms, ensuring alignment with ADHICS and UAE requirements.

You will mentor teams, support business development, and ensure adherence to enterprise policies.

Qualifications

Strong techno-functional understanding of GRC processes and control frameworks.
Technical certifications in leading GRC/IRM and privacy platforms are strongly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of UAE healthcare regulatory requirements and ADHICS standard is mandatory.
PM/leadership certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical single point of contact for assigned GRC engagements and deliverables.
Lead hands-on delivery of eGRC/IRM platforms and GRC transformation initiatives.
Translate GRC requirements into automated technology solutions and enable governance processes.
Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and post-go-live support.
Support pre-sales by contributing to proposals; author blogs/cowriting whitepapers for marketing.
