Job summary

Showcify, Inc. is seeking a Director – GRC Services to lead governance, risk and compliance advisory across regulated and unregulated sectors in the UAE. You will set strategic direction, oversee engagements, and act as senior escalation on technical, commercial and risk matters.

You will drive revenue, client relationships, and cross-sell across advisory lines while mentoring senior staff and shaping methodologies aligned with ISO 31000, COSO ERM and other standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of governance, risk and/or compliance experience in a professional services environment.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role with delivery, P&L and business development accountability.
• Demonstrated track record leading a practice or large engagements across regulated sectors.
• Experience advising on national/sector-wide cyber governance programs preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity/Info Security/CS/Data Analytics; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy, service portfolio and go-to-market plan for the GRC Services line.
• Own the practice P&L, including revenue targets, utilization, margin, pricing and resource planning.
• Lead high-level client relationships and trusted-advisor engagements with C-suite, board and audit committees.
• Drive origination, proposals, scoping and commercial negotiations for new business.
• Perform governance reviews, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and risk transformation programs.
• Mentor and develop managers and consultants; build capability and succession planning.
