Job description

Position Overview

Eurasia Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director to lead and support the firm’s growth across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. This senior client-facing role will focus on expanding Eurasia Group’s presence in the region , deepening relationships with existing clients, and acquiring new clients across both corporate s and financial sector clients including institutional Investors

The Director will play a key role in advancing strategic initiatives to scale Eurasia Group’s impact and market share in the GCC. This includes working closely with global research, sectoral, and leadership teams to deliver high-value advisory solutions that integrate geopolitical insight into clients’ investment strategies and business decision-making.

This role will be based in the GCC region (with flexibility on location while) and will involve frequent client engagement and regional travel.

Responsibilities

Client Growth & Engagement

• Build and expand strong, trust-based relationships with both corporate leaders and institutional investors in the GCC region.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive client acquisition to meet revenue growth targets across both corporate and financial sector clients.
• Deepen relationships with existing clients by understanding their evolving needs and aligning Eurasia Group’s offerings to deliver tailored, solutions-based engagements.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market developments, regional geopolitics, and sector-specific risks to advise clients effectively and proactively.
• Generate significant client interactions between clients and Eurasia Group’s research and sectoral teams to drive cross-sell initiatives.

Strategic Initiatives & Market Development

• Partner with Eurasia Group leadership to shape and execute a growth strategy for the GCC , leveraging the firm’s global expertise and regional networks.
• Collaborate with research, consulting, and product teams to develop integrated solutions that address clients’ most pressing strategic and risk-related challenges.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership , including participating in high-profile client discussions, industry conferences, and public forums to represent Eurasia Group’s insights.
• Provide input on commercial strategies and opportunities in the region, including pricing models, product development, and go-to-market approaches.

Teamwork & Collaboration

• Work closely with colleagues across Eurasia Group’s global offices to ensure seamless delivery of services and coordinated client coverage.
