Job summary

KERZNER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is seeking a Director of Fitness to lead the Fitness and Recovery Labs across our luxury properties, ensuring exceptional guest engagement and profitability.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, develop innovative fitness programming, and drive membership growth while upholding the highest health, safety, and service standards. The role shapes the SIRO fitness concept through industry-leading partnerships and experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a luxury five-star hospitality fitness, wellness, or lifestyle environment.
• At least 2 years' experience in a senior Fitness, Wellness, or Spa leadership role.
• Strong experience managing budgets, commercial performance, and operational standards.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience in guest relations, membership growth, and service excellence.
• Strong administration and reporting capabilities.
• Mindbody experience is preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

As Director of Fitness you will oversee the strategic and operational leadership of the Fitness and Recovery Labs ensuring the highest standards of service guest engagement and profitability Reporting to the Hotel Manager you will lead a multidisciplinary team including Fitness Managers Personal Trainers Recovery Specialists and Nutrition professionals You will be responsible for developing innovative fitness programming driving membership and revenue growth managing budgets maintaining operational excellence and creating an environment where guests can achieve their wellness goals You will also play a key role in shaping the future of the SIRO fitness offering through industry-leading concepts partnerships and experiences

• Internationally recognised diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification in Fitness, Sports Science, Wellness, or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
