Grant Thornton UAE is seeking a Director of Audit & Assurance to lead complex audits, oversee teams, and act as a principal client contact in Abu Dhabi.

You will drive strategy, manage a portfolio across ADGM-regulated clients and financial services, and mentor managers and associates while upholding high audit quality.

• Lead audits of ADGM-regulated entities and financial services clients
• Build and maintain relationships with ADGM stakeholders, regulators, and market participants
• Ensure compliance with ADGM, FSRA, IFRS and ISA standards
• Primary contact for boards, audit committees and senior management
• Drive business development and expand GT's presence in the ADGM ecosystem
• Provide technical guidance on complex financial reporting and regulatory matters to clients and engagement teams
• Mentor and develop senior audit professionals while upholding high audit quality standards
