Job summary

Grant Thornton UAE is seeking a Senior Manager to support senior colleagues in shaping audit strategy, manage a diverse client portfolio, and review work streams while guiding a team of Senior Associates and Associates.

You will act as a key client contact, collaborate with the leadership to drive business development, and lead negotiations on engagement fees while contributing to recruiting and talent development.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in audit and assurance with a track record of leading teams.
• Ability to develop client relationships and drive business development.
• Experience overseeing large, technically complex engagements.
• Involvement in interview processes for new hires.
