The appointment requires extensive experience in executive assessment, leadership advisory and talent management, with credibility to partner with C-suite and HR leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years' experience across executive assessment, leadership advisory, talent management or a related field.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience establishing or leading an executive assessment, succession or talent-readiness function.
• Strong knowledge of executive assessment methodologies, psychometrics and leading assessment providers.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with credibility across C-suite and HR leadership.

Aufgaben

• Designing, launching and operationalising the Talent Readiness Hub.
• Establishing consistent leadership and executive assessment standards.
• Defining assessment methodologies, tools and frameworks for talent cohorts.
• Leading periodic and event-driven executive and leadership assessments.
• Building internal and external assessor capability.
• Managing assessment partners and vendors at portfolio level.
• Establishing robust assessment data reporting and governance.
• Collaborating with Group HR, portfolio companies and senior stakeholders.
• Using assessment insights to influence critical talent decisions.
• Building and leading a high-calibre Talent Readiness team.
