Job summary

Theoria Medical is seeking a seasoned executive to design and scale a world-class Central Operations function for post-acute care facilities, coordinating credentialing, scheduling, and provider support across multiple sites.

You will drive automated processes for medical records, lab routing, and referrals while balancing FFS and VBC metrics, aiming to maximize throughput and clinician utilization in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operational leadership in healthcare organizations.
• Experience with HIM, Lab routing, and referral coordination.
• MBA or MHA preferred.

• Maximize clinical throughput and provider productivity via EHR optimization and admin automation.
• Manage daytime telemedicine team operations and clinician utilization.
• Create executive productivity scorecards and monitor performance metrics.

• Centralize and automate medical records, laboratory integrations, and referral management.
• Optimize operational frameworks for both Fee-For-Service and Value-Based Care models.
• Lead facility partner implementation, onboarding, and B2B workflow integration.
• Maximize clinical throughput and provider productivity through EHR optimization and administrative automation.
• Manage daytime telemedicine team operations and clinician utilization.
• Create executive-level productivity scorecards and monitor performance metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of operational leadership in fast-growing healthcare organizations.
• Proven track record managing high-volume Medical Records (HIM), Lab routing, and Referral coordination.
• Deep experience balancing FFS and VBC operational metrics.
• Success leading complex, multi-site operational rollouts with external healthcare partners.
• Familiarity with the post-acute care ecosystem (SNFs, ALFs, senior care).
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MHA highly preferred.
• Proficiency in healthcare analytics, financial modeling, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint.
