Job summary

Ennismore is hiring a Director Development for the Middle East Africa & Türkiye. You’ll need a minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Manager in hotel consulting asset management or development and more importantly: know how to build real relationships, be commercially sharp and financially fluent, understand hotel deals and HMAs, and be passionate about the industry.

The role comes with exposure to hotels, branded residences, F&B and member clubs, in a fast-moving, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience as a Manager in hotel consulting, asset management or development.
• Analytically minded with strong commercial and financial understanding.
• Arabic and English language skills are valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development initiatives for MEA & Türkiye within Ennismore.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Understand hotel deals and HMAs and navigate the legal framework.
