Job summary

IFS seeks a Director – Finance Tools, Process & Systems to lead the transformation of Finance tools, processes, data architecture and AI capabilities. You will drive an enterprise EPM platform rollout, partner with IT and Finance leadership, and own global FP&A processes with a focus on AI-enabled planning and governance.

The role requires strong experience in Finance transformation, AI integration, and complex data architecture within a global software environment.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading enterprise Finance transformation programmes in software/SaaS.
End-to-end EPM platform selection and implementation at scale.
Embedding AI/GenAI capabilities into Finance processes and platforms.
Strong fluency with AI tools, data, and modern forecasting methods.
Experience with SaaS metrics ARR, ACV, TCV, NRR and their financial flows.
Able to operate in matrixed, global organisations with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as Finance AI champion; define and execute the AI roadmap for planning and forecasting.
Embed AI-enabled forecasting and driver-based models into the EPM stack.
Lead governance, data architecture and platform design for finance data.
Own budgeting/forecasting processes and drive continuous improvement.
Provide senior delivery leadership across multiple transformation streams.
Coordinate with external partners to ensure scope and knowledge transfer.
