Job summary

Client of AIQU is seeking a Digital Transformation Expert to lead the design and execution of innovative digital initiatives in Al Ain, optimize IT infrastructure and enterprise network architecture, and drive secure contact center solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience in network security, contact center platforms, and strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams and vendors. Proficiency in English is essential, with Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, networking, and IT infrastructure roles.
• Proven expertise in enterprise network architecture design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, network security, and secure connectivity solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of contact center platforms and integration best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong project management skills with ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.

• Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements and data protection standards
• Master s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
• Prior experience working in the GCC region
