Job summary

BlackStone eIT seeks a Digital Services & Maturity Senior Specialist to manage and optimize digital platforms and services, improving user experience and organizational efficiency. You will oversee development, deployment, and maintenance of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT standards.

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for transformation, implement innovative tools, monitor KPIs, and provide reporting on user behavior and ROI.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include reporting, maintaining, and executing digital and AI strategies in alignment with objectives and governance frameworks
• Oversees performance tracking, value realization, and sustainable integration of digital and AI initiatives across business units
• Design, implement, and maintain digital platforms, tools, and services
• Manage and optimize websites, mobile apps, and customer-facing digital touchpoints
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through digital technologies
• Collaborate with teams to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and innovation
• Lead initiatives to adopt emerging digital tools and trends
• Track and analyze performance of digital platforms using KPIs
• Generate insights and reports on user behavior, service effectiveness, and ROI
• Work with internal teams, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality digital services
• Provide training and support to staff on digital tools and platforms
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security best practices
• Conduct regular audits to ensure security, reliability, and accessibility of digital platforms
• Verify alignment of IT operations with standards and strategy
• Implement BI requirements and digital business & data analysis
• Translate stakeholder needs into functional and non-functional requirements
• Facilitate requirements validation sessions with stakeholders
• Engage stakeholders to elicit business requirements and document them
