Job summary

• Develop and lead the organization’s R&D and digital services roadmap in alignment with business and IT strategies.
• Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies (e.g., automation, AI, data platforms, digital channels) to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of digital platforms, application , and services.
• Collaborate with business units to capture requirements and convert them into effective digital solutions.
• Manage digital transformation initiatives, including process digitization and service automation.
• Ensure digital solutions comply with IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements
• Lead and mentor R&D and digital services teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Manage vendors, partners, and technology service providers to ensure quality delivery and value for money.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and benefits realization of digital solutions and recommend enhancements.
