Job summary

edari seeks a Digital Product Manager to own delivery of features, enhancements and bug fixes across the website and mobile app in Dubai. The role requires hands-on delivery across web and native mobile apps, not purely strategy.

This contract position lasts 6 months with renewal possibilities. You will manage backlogs, write user stories, collaborate with IT, design and development partners, and use Agile methods to translate commercial objectives into deliverable product increments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Engineering or similar.
• 3+ years experience as a product manager delivering digital products.

Job description

We are currently seeking a Digital Product Manager to take ownership of the delivery of features, enhancements and bug fixes across the website and mobile app. You will be a key member of the Digital Product team and will require hands on delivery experience across web and mobile app, not purely strategy.

Our client based in Dubai, is one of the largest and most luxurious hospitality brands in the region. This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months and is renewable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the delivery of features, enhancements and bug fixes across the website and mobile app, working with IT, design and development partners using agile methodologies.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and leading refinement, estimation and sprint planning.
• Support the website and mobile app roadmap, contributing to planning and translating commercial objectives into deliverable product increments.
• Gather, challenge and document requirements from stakeholders across Revenue, Marketing, Content, Loyalty, IT and the hotels, ensuring solutions are scalable across the estate rather than bespoke to a single property.
• Manage release cycles end to end, including regression testing, UAT coordination, production validation and post release hypercare.
• Work with the design agency through design reviews and feedback cycles, ensuring output aligns to the design system and brand guidelines.
• Use analytics and A/B testing to define success measures, monitor performance post release and use evidence to inform prioritisation.
• Support platform and CMS migration or remediation workstreams, including test case execution, defect logging and triage.
• Manage third party supplier relationships and integrations, escalating issues and tracking resolution.
• Act as the main contact for urgent matters and requests relating to the website and mobile app.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a product manager or product owner delivering customer facing digital products. Experience in hospitality, travel or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrable experience of end to end delivery on both web and native mobile app.
• Strong working knowledge of agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle, including backlog management, sprint ceremonies and prioritisation frameworks.
• Hands on experience with Jira and Confluence. Familiarity with an enterprise CMS and with analytics tools is highly desirable.
• Comfortable interpreting quantitative data and A/B test results to support decision making.
• Experience working with external development and design partners.
• Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Certified scrum master, SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager, or PMP is a plus.
