Job summary

KEO Group in the UAE seeks a Digital Practice Director to lead the PM/CM division’s digital strategy and adoption of BIM and AI-enabled solutions. Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, the role focuses on delivering advanced digital capabilities to optimize project delivery and client outcomes.

The candidate will drive technology deployment, foster innovation, and collaborate with leaders to align with the company’s digital vision while promoting excellence in professional and technical standards across

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience delivering BIM-based projects, preferably during construction stage.
Bachelor's Degree in IT or a relevant engineering discipline.
Strong track record in digital adoption within PM/CM environments.

Responsibilities

Lead adoption and implementation of digital solutions for the PM/CM division.
Develop and lead a strategy to promote excellence in PM/CM practices.
Drive new technologies implementation in PM/CM division.
Collaborate with PM/CM Leaders to align with the company’s digital vision.
Create and maintain a knowledge database including guidelines and training."
Pilot AI applications to support business operations.
Ensure Health, Safety, Sustainability and Continual Improvement are embedded.
Support project leaders in communicating services to clients and assist in bid reviews.
