Job summary

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH in Dubai invites a Digital Marketing Specialist for a 6 months contract to drive digital channels within a defined region. You will lead a team of digital marketing specialists and collaborate with local and global stakeholders to optimize web performance, SEO, and campaigns.

The role requires English communication, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel within the MEA region is expected.

• Track and report on KPIs related to website performance, visibility, and campaign impact.
• Identify optimization opportunities and support execution through testing and continuous improvement.
• Share recommendations on new trends and best practices within search, web performance, and digital marketing.

The position / About the Job

Establish and grow digital channels within small area of responsibility (e.g. SC/Sales Region). Lead a team of digital marketing specialists.

Key Tasks and responsibilities

• Own and support web performance topics, with focus on organic/inorganic visits, SEO, AI search, and traffic optimization.
• Coordinate relevant activities with digital agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Track and report on KPIs related to website performance, visibility, and campaign impact.
