Job summary

Médetone is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager in the UAE to own Shopify storefronts, run paid campaigns, and optimize email flows. You will work with cross-functional teams to scale our ecommerce presence while preserving brand voice.

We require 4+ years of Shopify experience, strong copywriting, and the ability to lead freelancers. Immediate joiner preferred; UAE visa attestation is mandatory for the role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Shopify experience within an ecommerce brand.
• Strong copywriting and native-level English communication.
• Proven ability to scale an ecommerce brand and manage external freelancers.

Responsibilities

• Own Shopify storefront management, product launches, and landing page optimization.
• Lead performance marketing across Meta and Google Ads with a focus on ROAS.
• Design and automate email/SMS flows using Shopify-integrated tools.
• Produce high-converting English copy for ads, product descriptions, and emails.
• Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to generate weekly performance reports and optimize the funnel.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivatedto Digital Marketing Manager join our ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams across the business to build and execute strong digital marketing strategies across a variety of channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Shopify Management: Full ownership of the Shopify storefront, including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.), and landing page optimization.
• Performance Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Manage significant budgets with a focus on scaling CAC/ROAS.
• Retention & Email: Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win-back) using Shopify-integrated tools.
• Copywriting & Content: Produce high-converting, native-level English copy for ads, product descriptions, and email campaigns.
• Data Analysis: Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports, identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey.
• Leadership: Manage external freelancers (designers/video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.

Candidate Requirements

• Native English Speaker: Essential for high-level communication and copywriting.
• Shopify Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience specifically within the Shopify ecosystem.
• Management Proven: Ability to show a track record of scaling an e-commerce brand
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing automation.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required for the UAE "Manager" visa title; must be attested for the visa process and Immediate Joiner
