Job summary

Hire Rightt - Executive Search & HR Advisory in Dubai seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end digital campaigns, optimize SEO/SEM, and enhance brand presence across multiple channels.

You will analyze customer journeys, collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, and drive data-driven decisions to improve online performance for exhibitions and tech clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Marketing or related field.
• 4+ years of digital marketing experience in exhibitions or events.
• Experience in running ad campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn.
• Experience with website analytics tools (GA, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Location- Dubai, United Arab Emirates

To be make the shortlist to this role, you will need to :

• Have worked with the exhibitions & events (large scale) or Tech industry
• Have an in-depth understanding of the digital marketing mix, strong analytical skills, and strong stakeholder management skills
• Have analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Improve the brand’s online presence and search rankings
• Execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media advertising etc ·
• Show the marketing managers and content leads the implementation of the strategies to foster organic site growth of event and media publishing sites
• Work with the performance marketing agency to brief about campaigns, optimize spend and gather learnings from continuous testing and learning
• Work with various stakeholders and provide data-driven insights and recommendations, by collaborating with multiple internal and external departments, including data and analytics, agencies, show marketing managers, etc

Hiring Mandate-

• Bachelors or post bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
• Relevant work experience in Digital Marketing- Tech cluster
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Have hands- on experience in running ad campaigns, setting up and optimizing social ads, through Instagram, Facebook, Google Adwords, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum years of experience woking with exhibitions 4 years and upwards having worked with the exhibitions or events (large scale)
