The Role

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing effective marketing strategies to promote residential and/or commercial properties, generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and support the overall sales goals of the company.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns for new and existing real estate projects.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms including social media, websites, and email marketing.
• Coordinate with creative and advertising agencies to produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements.
• Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and open houses to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
• Maintain and update CRM with campaign responses and client interactions.
• Prepare periodic marketing reports and presentations for management.
