Job description

Location: Dubai | Reports to: Founder & CEO

The Role

As mileoff’s first hire, you’ll be instrumental in our next phase of rocketship growth. From managing socials, and email campaigns to paid media and implementing exciting new marketing channels like TikTok Shop, you’ll help us scale what’s working and unlock new growth levers. You’ll work directly with Alice (our founder), gaining hands‑on experience across all areas of an extremely fast‑growing consumer brand.

What you’ll do
Marketing
  • Manage socials (capture, edit, post, trends, captions, comments, DMs).
  • Activate new channels like TikTok Shop, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube…
  • PR outreach: research and pitch to magazines, podcasts, blogs, track coverage.
  • Keep the website fresh: updating homepage and adding new products for launches.
CRM & Email
  • Work with our email agency to plan weekly campaigns via Klaviyo.
Paid Media
  • Run paid ad campaigns (Meta/TikTok Ads Manager).
  • Refresh ad creative, update copy, pull weekly performance reports.
Customer Service
  • Answer customer queries via email & social DMs quickly.
  • Communicate with warehouse handling size exchanges, order updates, shipping queries.
Partnerships and Events
  • Help plan and execute collaborations and events.
You might be a fit if…
  • You are an incredibly driven, hard worker willing to give everything to helping mileoff grow.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media (agency or brand side).
  • Confident on TikTok + Instagram, and happy being in/around content.
  • Strong written comms, from IG captions to CS replies.
  • Experience with tools: Klaviyo, Shopify, Ads Manager, Canva/CapCut (or quick to learn).
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once and take ownership end‑to‑end.
  • Excited by startups: you thrive in an intense environment where no two days look the same.
  • Love running and have a passion for working in the sports/fitness world.
