Job summary

Mashreq NEO CVM team is seeking an experienced professional to drive digital cross-sell and upsell initiatives across retail banking products. You will plan data-driven campaigns, optimize journeys and collaborate with product, analytics, marketing and compliance to deepen customer relationships.

The role focuses on maximizing customer lifetime value through targeted messaging, channel optimization and disciplined governance in a fast-paced digital banking environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in banking, digital banking, or CRM/CVM roles.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products (accounts, deposits, cards, loans, investments).
• Experience with digital channels, campaign management, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own digital cross-sell and upsell campaigns across product portfolio.
• Design and execute lifecycle, trigger-based and segment-led initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, marketing and compliance teams.
• Track funnels, engagement metrics and revenue impact for optimization.
• Ensure governance, approvals and post-launch analysis.
