Job summary

Sephora in Dubai is seeking an intern to support the Digital Catalogue team with day-to-day catalogue operations for eCommerce launches, data coordination, and merchandising support.

You will gain hands-on experience in product data management, content uploads, image organization, and reporting while developing Excel and Google Workspace skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Media, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and handling large data volumes.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in beauty retail and digital commerce.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in product launch and catalogue support tasks, ensuring timely data entry and validation.
• Update and track new product launches, monitor timelines, and escalate missing information.
• Upload and organize product images and videos, maintaining organized content libraries.
• Assign products to website categories and support merchandising updates.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports from backend systems and support data quality checks.
