Job summary

YALLO Group in Dubai is seeking an Agile Scrum Master / Delivery Manager for a 6-month contract to lead delivery on Salesforce Commerce Cloud initiatives on-site.

You will own squad execution, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coordinate releases, manage blockers, and align with product and external teams.

The role requires 8+ years in IT and 5+ years in Scrum/Delivery, with strong stakeholder management and a track record in digital commerce projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years as Scrum Master or Delivery Lead.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and digital commerce.
• Hands-on coordinating releases, regression cycles, and cross-system dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owner on backlog readiness, priorities, and sprint commitments.
• Track delivery progress, resolve blockers, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate developers, testers, business stakeholders, and external teams.
• Drive release planning, regression testing, UAT coordination, and defect triage.
• Communicate delivery status and improve squad predictability and quality.

Role Overview

Drive hands‑on delivery for a digital squad working on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and related web and app initiatives. The role requires ownership of squad execution, blocker resolution, releases, and regression coordination, alongside Scrum facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with the Product Owner on backlog readiness, priorities, and sprint commitments.
• Track delivery progress, resolve blockers, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate developers, testers, business stakeholders, and external teams.
• Drive release planning, regression testing, UAT coordination, and defect triage.
• Communicate delivery status and improve squad predictability and quality.

Candidate Profile

• Proven Scrum Master / Delivery Lead experience in SFCC and digital commerce.
• Strong background in web and mobile app delivery.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating releases, regression cycles, and cross‑system dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and execution skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery practices.
• Retail or omnichannel experience preferred.
• Scrum certification is useful; practical delivery ownership is the priority.
