Capco is seeking a Business Analyst – Digital Assets to support the Taurus platform integration within a regulated exchange. You will translate complex requirements into practical solutions across trading, custody, settlement, and infrastructure, coordinating with multiple teams and external vendors.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, governance, and secure delivery of end-to-end digital asset capabilities in a regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analyst experience in financial services or market infrastructure.
• Strong digital asset / crypto background with custody, trading, settlement knowledge.
• Experience implementing or integrating digital asset or distributed ledger technology (DLT) platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional bridge between business, technology, operations and Taurus.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical specs and map Taurus capabilities to client needs.
• Define end-to-end digital asset workflows across trading, custody, settlement, wallet infra and tokenized assets.
• Support integration with client systems and market infrastructure, ensuring go-live readiness and handover.
• Leverage AI tools under governance and security controls for documentation and process analysis.
