Job summary

Zee Middle East in Dubai is seeking an Ad Sales Professional to drive revenue on our Digital platform, building strong relationships with media agencies and brands across the UAE. You will identify opportunities, tailor integrated ad solutions and manage a robust sales pipeline to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in ad/media sales, understands both Linear TV and Digital ecosystems, and can translate client objectives into compelling campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in advertising/media sales.
• Experience in digital/ OTT and media agencies.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
• Established UAE advertising/media agency relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital ad revenue and meet sales targets.
• Manage and grow agency and client relationships.
• Develop new business across UAE and relevant markets.
• Prepare proposals, forecasts and campaign reports.
• Coordinate campaign execution and post-sales service.
