Job summary

Halian is seeking a hands-on DevOps Specialist to design, automate, secure, and operate cloud-native platforms in Abu Dhabi. You will manage Kubernetes environments, build automation with Terraform, and develop CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable production systems.

The role focuses on automation, platform reliability, and collaboration with engineering teams to improve deployment efficiency and security in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Kubernetes administration and operations experience.
• Strong Linux systems administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Git, CI/CD platforms, Cloud infrastructure.
• Experience supporting production environments and critical business applications.
• Experience building automation solutions using Python, Bash, Shell scripting, or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code principles and cloud-native architectures.
• Financial services, fintech, banking, telecommunications, or other highly regulated environments

Responsibilities
