Job summary

EGA is seeking a senior Learning & Development project leader to standardise processes, govern a PM framework, and ensure coherent, prioritised design across initiatives. You will manage vendor partnerships and track emerging practices in learning design to improve organisational capability.

Responsibilities include aligning projects with objectives, driving best practices, and ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery while fostering collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or Arts.
• 8-12 years of experience in learning & development, instructional design and innovation.
• Project Management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and governance of a structured project management framework.
• Lead cross-functional scoping and integration to prioritise and align initiatives.
• Oversee delivery of strategic projects at EGA from planning to completion.
