Formación

• Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Strong background in training needs analysis, curriculum design, and learning program development.
• Experience conducting skills-gap assessments and translating findings into actionable development plans.
• Exposure to workforce planning, employee upskilling, reskilling, or cross-training initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Experience working within a global or multi-regional business environment.
• Experience supporting large operational or service-based organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a forward-looking learning and development strategy aligned with business priorities and evolving workforce needs.
• Conduct organization-wide skills and capability assessments using performance data, quality metrics, operational insights, and stakeholder feedback.
• Design and deliver learning initiatives that promote employee development, cross-functional expertise, and workforce flexibility.
• Create structured learning pathways, knowledge assessments, and development frameworks that support employee growth and business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple regions and business functions to understand local requirements and tailor learning solutions accordingly.
• Identify capability gaps and recommend targeted upskilling and reskilling programs to address current and future business needs.
• Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and continuously refine programs based on outcomes and feedback.
