Mace seeks an assistant design manager in Dubai to support the development team across retail and mixed‑use projects. You will coordinate design activities, prepare presentations, minutes and governance materials, and manage calendars with action tracking and document control.

We welcome organised, proactive candidates with a detail‑oriented mindset seeking experience in real estate development, retail design, and stakeholder management. Hybrid options may be discussed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, urban planning, engineering, real estate, project management or related discipline.
• Relevant experience; internships considered.
• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation.
• Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Support development and design teams in coordinating activities across assigned projects.
• Track consultant deliverables, submissions, approvals, and design decisions.
• Consolidate stakeholder feedback, coordinate responses, and elevate outstanding issues.
• Prepare clear, consistent presentations, dashboards, governance materials, and management reports.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, design reviews, and calendars, preparing agendas and supporting materials.
• Capture accurate minutes, decisions, action owners and deadlines, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Maintain accessible project records, registers, schedules, and correspondence with disciplined document control.
• Support collaboration across internal teams and external consultants, keeping project information aligned and current.
