Job summary

Elile is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process for enterprise software and marketing assets. You will collaborate with developers and product managers on-site in Abu Dhabi to ensure visuals align with the vision—from product UI/UX to brand and campaigns.

The role demands a portfolio that demonstrates mastery, fluency in Figma and design systems, and the ability to defend design decisions to leadership. Arabic is a plus, but strong English is essential.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating mastery, restraint, boldness, and a clear design POV.
• Expert in Figma and 3D rendering tools; proficient in auto-layout, prototyping, design systems.
• Deep understanding of UX, information architecture, and interaction design across web/mobile.
• Strong visual design sensibility: typography, color, spacing, hierarchy, motion.
• Ability to design across platforms while maintaining brand coherence.
• Fluent English, able to present and defend design rationale to diverse audiences.
• On-site in Abu Dhabi, five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design process from user research and journey mapping through to wireframes and developer-ready specs.
• Design intuitive polished interfaces for enterprise software across web and mobile.
• Architect user flows, interaction models, and information structures for complex features.
• Build and maintain a structured design system with components, tokens, patterns, and documentation.
• Conduct usability reviews and iterate based on feedback and data.
• Design for multiple user types including operators in high-assurance environments and government stakeholders.
• Collaborate daily with front-end developers on-site to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Present and defend design decisions clearly to leadership including the CEO.
• Deliver production-ready Figma files annotated with specs for development.

Responsibilities

Product Design and UI UX

• Own the end-to-end product design process from user research and journey mapping through to wireframes high-fidelity UI and developer-ready specificationsDesign intuitive polished interfaces for complex enterprise software products across web and mobile platformsArchitect user flows interaction models and information structures that make sophisticated functionality feel effortlessBuild and maintain a structured design system components tokens patterns and documentation that scales with the product and dev teamConduct usability reviews identify friction in existing flows and iterate continuously based on feedback and dataDesign for multiple user types and contexts from technical operators in high-assurance environments to senior government stakeholders

Visual Design and Brand

• Define and evolve visual identity across all digital touchpoints products websites presentations and marketing assetsMaintain a coherent high-quality design language that works across contexts enterprise product interfaces public-facing websites and executive-level materialsKnow when an interface needs restraint and negative space and when it needs to command attention and execute both with convictionDesign landing pages campaign assets pitch decks and presentation materials that are visually consistent and strategically sharpArt-direct corporate and product websites crafting experiences that inform impress and convert

Collaboration and Delivery

• Work closely and daily with front-end developers on-site to ensure pixel-perfect faithful implementation of designsCollaborate with product managers to align design decisions with the product roadmap and user prioritiesPresent and defend design decisions clearly and confidently to leadership including the CEO
• Deliver production-ready Figma files annotated specs and assets that leave no room for misinterpretation in developmentChallenge briefs where necessary bring a perspective and a point of view not just execution

Skills & Requirements

• A portfolio that demonstrates genuine mastery range, restraint, boldness, and a strong individual design point of view. This is the primary credential we evaluate
• Expert command of Figma and 3D rendering tools, as needed components, auto-layout,variables, prototyping, design systems, and developer handoffDeep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design across web and mobile platformsStrong visual design sensibility typography, colour, spacing, hierarchy, and motion all deployed with intention and disciplineThe ability to design across multiple platforms and contexts without losing visual coherence or brand consistencyFluent communication in English, able to present and defend design rationale to technical and non-technical audiencesAvailable to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, 5 days per week

Strongly Preferred

• Experience designing enterprise or B2B software products complex workflows, data-dense dashboards, and multi-user environments
• Familiarity with front-end constraints you do not need to code, but you understand what is buildable and why it matters
• Motion design and micro-interaction sensibility knowing when animation adds meaning versus noise
• Prior work in security, defence-tech, government technology, or high-assurance software environments
• Arabic language skills an advantage for local stakeholder engagement and regional market understanding
