Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking an Architecture professional to coordinate with clients, consultants and project managers to ensure design intent is maintained through handover. You will assist in detailed design development, monitor progress and propose improvements to ensure timely, accurate deliverables in line with the brief.

Responsibilities include reviewing client manuals, liaising with on-site teams, conducting site visits, and reporting progress to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture with experience in interior fit-out projects.
• 2-3 years of AutoCAD experience and ability to solve design and project execution problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, external consultants and project managers to ensure design intent and specifications are adhered till handover.
• Assist in design and detailed development of projects, monitor progress and suggest design amendments.
• Ensure deliverables are provided on time and in accordance with the brief.
• Review client manuals and project applications for on-site compliance.
• Liaise with site team to ensure design information is understood and supported during development.
• Conduct regular site visits and generate design review reports.
• Advise Project Manager on problems and client complaints, proposing solutions.
• Provide regular project progress reports to Project Manager.
