Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking a Design Coordinator/Architect with 2-3 years of AutoCAD experience to oversee design development and ensure alignment with client briefs through to handover. You will liaise with clients, consultants, landlords and ATG managers to ensure delivery of complete, accurate design deliverables on schedule.

You will assist in detailed development, monitor progress, review manuals, and communicate design information to the site team.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Architecture with ability to develop concept/detail drawings and designs.
2-3 years of experience in AutoCAD; capable of solving design and project execution problems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients, external consultants, and project managers to ensure design intent and specifications are met through handover.
Assist in design development, monitor progress, and suggest design amendments or improvements.
Ensure timely, accurate deliverables and documentation compliant with briefs.
Review client manuals and project applications for on-site compliance.
Liaise with site team to convey design information and provide supporting documentation as needed.
Conduct regular site visits, generate design review reports, and ensure compliance.
Advise Project Manager on design issues and client feedback, including on-site adjustments.
Provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager.
