Job summary

Guildhall is recruiting a Design Coordination Manager for a specialist facade contractor delivering building envelopes on commercial and residential towers across the UAE. You will own facade design coordination on a live project in Dubai, sitting between architects, consultants and the back-office design team to keep design moving ahead of programme and cost.

• At least 5 years facade design experience.
• Track record independently managing project design, not just supporting it.
• Experience on office and residential building projects.

About the Role

Guildhall is recruiting a Design Coordination Manager for a specialist facade contractor delivering building envelopes on commercial and residential towers across the UAE You will own facade design coordination on a live project sitting between architects consultants and the back-office design team to keep design moving ahead of programme and cost This is a project-office seat on an active build not a function to set up from scratch so the client needs someone who can start running coordination meetings from week one It is a rare individual-contributor seat with real coordination authority rather than a department-head role
