Job summary

Infinity Developments in Dubai is hiring for a Design Admin Assistant / Graphic Designer to work on-site with the Design Director and team. The role includes assisting with interior design projects, checking plans, and creating presentations and graphics, while providing administrative support to the design director.

You will use Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, and Revit, and collaborate closely with clients and colleagues in a luxury real estate context.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Interior Design and CAD for creating and visualizing concepts.
• Strong communication and customer service for collaboration with clients and team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment.
• Degree in graphic/interior design or architecture; real estate or luxury sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with interior design projects, check plans, and create graphics and presentations.
• Provide administrative support to the design director or principal architect (emails, presentations, brochures).
• Attend client meetings with the design director and prepare design-related materials using CAD/Adobe tools.

Job description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Admin Assistant / Graphic designer, located in Dubai. The Design Assistant will support the Design Director or Principal Architect and team in tasks such as assisting with interior design projects, checking Plans, creating presentations and graphics, and providing administrative support to the design director or Principal Architect( emails, Presentations, brochures, going to client meetings with the design director). Responsibilities include the use of design software like Adobe softwares, CAD, revit and other softwares.

• Proficiency in Interior Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for creating and visualizing design concepts
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
