Job summary

Responsibilities include providing tailored product recommendations, achieving sales targets, maintaining attractive displays, and collaborating with pharmacists to ensure excellent service and compliance with health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, Sales, Cosmetics, Beauty Therapy or related field preferred.
• Experience in pharmacy sales, cosmetics sales, skincare sales or beauty retail is advantageous.
• Strong customer service, communication and sales mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell cosmetics, skincare, dermocosmetic, personal care and beauty products.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs, skin concerns and budget.
• Explain product benefits, ingredients, usage, pricing, promotions and offers.
• Achieve sales targets, revenue objectives and product KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, pharmacists and brand representatives.
• Coordinate with pharmacists when customers require additional advice or referral.
• Maintain displays, merchandising standards and stock availability.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates and replenishment needs.
• Support launches, promotions and in-store events.
• Record customer enquiries, sales activities and product feedback.
