Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking an experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to drive partnerships with dermatology, aesthetics, and healthcare brands in the UAE. You will identify sponsors, tailor packages, and lead proposals to meet marketing goals, while managing the sales funnel and revenue forecasts.

You will collaborate with marketing and conference teams, build senior-level relationships, and actively seek opportunities to exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced events environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or healthcare event industry.
• Proven ability to build long-term partnerships and close deals with senior stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and consultative sales approach.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple accounts.
• Experience ensuring end-to-end delivery of sponsor and exhibitor deliverables.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage sponsors, exhibitors, and partners in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a key liaison.
• Tailor sponsorship and exhibition packages to meet client marketing and branding goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and conference teams to create proposals and sales decks.
• Manage and update the sales pipeline, including forecasting and revenue tracking.
• Participate in industry networking events and monitor market trends.
• Work with leadership to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Provide input on partnership strategies and product offerings.
