Job summary

DrExpat is seeking an experienced Specialist Consultant Dermatologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi that delivers advanced medical services across internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology, emergency care, surgery and dialysis. The role focuses on diagnosing and treating a broad range of dermatological conditions with patient-centered care aligned to DOH standards.

Key responsibilities include medical dermatology, procedures, treatment planning, patient education

Qualifications

• MD or DOH-recognized Dermatology specialization.
• Active DOH license or eligibility.
• Arabic fluency (spoken and written).
• Strong patient communication and consultation skills.
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary healthcare environments.
• Availability to join immediately or within 3 months.
• Willingness to work in Al Rahba, Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage dermatological conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, skin infections, pigmentation disorders and chronic skin diseases.
• Evaluate and treat medical dermatology patients using evidence-based clinical practices.
• Perform dermatological procedures and treatment planning where applicable.
• Develop personalized treatment strategies and follow-up plans for patients.
• Educate patients regarding skincare management, preventive dermatology and treatment options.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with DOH regulations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards and dermatology best practices.
• Participate in continuous medical education and professional development activities.

• Proven experience in clinical and medical dermatology.
• Strong patient communication and consultation skills.
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary healthcare environments.
• Availability to join immediately or within 3 months.
