Overview

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
A reputable Abu Dhabi-based aesthetic clinic or healthcare facility is seeking a highly skilled Cosmetic Dermatologist who combines clinical excellence with advanced aesthetic procedures. The successful candidate will have a strong background in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, holding a valid Abu Dhabi DOH or HAAD license.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dermatologic consultations, reviewing medical history and skin conditions.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatological issues (acne, rosacea, eczema, pigmentation, skin cancer screening).
• Develop and execute personalized cosmetic treatment plans, including injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), laser therapies (hair removal, resurfacing, tattoo removal), chemical peels, PRP, mesotherapy, and non-invasive surgical procedures.
• Perform minor surgical interventions (biopsies, excisions, cyst/mole removals) where appropriate.
• Educate patients on procedure details, risks, benefits, aftercare, and home skincare regimens.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, treatment documentation, and follow-up.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Stay current with developments in cosmetic dermatology and adhere to UAE healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including aestheticians, nurses, and support staff.

Qualifications & Experience

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with post-graduate specialization in Dermatology.
• Board certification or equivalent international qualification in Dermatology.
• Valid Abu Dhabi DOH or HAAD license.
• Minimum 2-3 years of post-specialty experience in cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology; UAE experience preferred.
• Proven expertise with aesthetic procedures: Botox, fillers, lasers, chemical peels, PRP, etc.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counselling skills.
• Fellowship or advanced training in cosmetic dermatology.
• Experience working in leading aesthetic/hospital-based clinics.
• Active engagement in professional development and cutting-edge practices.
