Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking an Analyst for its Market Regulation team within CDNA to monitor trading activity across derivatives markets, investigate potential rule violations, and guide market participants according to regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Tech teams to enhance surveillance systems and respond to inquiries, while supporting policy enforcement and KYC/AML processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Math or Juris Doctorate.
4+ years in Compliance in financial services or equivalent.
Experience in Derivatives or Prediction Markets and in Tradfi or Crypto space.
Familiarity with futures markets, commodities and trading.
Familiarity with Trade Surveillance Platforms is a must.

Responsibilities

Real-Time Market Monitoring of exchange activity and data to identify potential market abuse and ensure fair price discovery.
Conduct post-trade reviews and forensic analysis of flagged transactions; draft investigative reports for CRO.
Ensure adherence to applicable regulations (SEC, CFTC, FINRA) and internal policies; assist in regulatory inquiries and audits.
Contribute to surveillance protocol development and enforcement of KYC/AML procedures.
Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Technology teams; liaise with regulators and industry bodies as needed.
