Job summary

TalentsTide in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a qualified dental technologist to design, fabricate, modify and repair dental prosthetic appliances for clinics. You will work on-site in a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safety, accuracy and timely delivery of high-quality restorations.

The ideal candidate holds a two-year Diploma in Dental Technology (three-year preferred), a valid DHA license, and at least three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant dental technologist experience.
• Two-year diploma in Dental Technology (required).
• Three-year diploma in Dental Technology (preferred).
• Valid DHA license as a dental technician or technologist.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks with dental laboratory materials (metallic, acrylic, porcelain) under supervision.
• Design, fabricate, modify and repair removable and fixed dental prostheses including orthodontics.
• Control material wastage and use resources efficiently.
• Communicate with dental practitioners to clarify case requirements and outcomes.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team and pursue professional development.
• Keep accurate records and reports for all work performed per standards.
• Follow health, safety and information security policies.

Job Description / Role:

Design, fabricate, modify, repair and deliver high-quality dental prosthetic appliances requested by dental clinics. Work cost-effectively, on time and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out assigned tasks with dental laboratory materials, including metallic, acrylic and porcelain, according to your certification, apprenticeship or on-the-job training and under appropriate supervision.
• Design, fabricate, modify and repair removable and fixed dental prostheses, including appliances used in Orthodontics and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Control material wastage and use resources efficiently.
• Communicate with dental practitioners to clarify case requirements and get accurate outcomes.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team, share knowledge and keep developing professionally.
• Keep accurate records and reports for all work performed, in line with documentation standards.
• Follow health, safety and information security policies.

Experience Required: Three years of relevant dental technologist experience.

Education Qualifications:

• Two-year diploma in Dental Technology (required).
• Three-year diploma in Dental Technology (preferred).
• Valid DHA license as a dental technician or technologist.
