Black Pearl Consult in Dubai, UAE is seeking a skilled Dental Technologist to fabricate, modify, and repair dental prostheses in line with prescriptions, specifications, and quality standards.

You will interpret prescriptions and scans, produce precise restorations, work with CAD/CAM systems and 3D printing, collaborate with dentists, and maintain thorough case records while upholding infection control and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, modify, and repair dental prostheses, including crowns, bridges, dentures, veneers, and other dental appliances as required.
• Interpret dental prescriptions, impressions, scans, and laboratory instructions accurately.
• Produce dental restorations that meet the required standards for fit, function, aesthetics, and durability.
• Work with dental laboratory materials, equipment, and tools in accordance with established procedures.
• Use digital dentistry technologies, including CAD/CAM systems and 3D printing, where applicable.
• Collaborate with dentists and other dental laboratory professionals to clarify case requirements and resolve technical issues.
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with laboratory quality standards.
• Maintain accurate case records and follow laboratory procedures for tracking and managing work.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, and safe use of laboratory equipment.
• Comply with infection prevention, occupational health and safety, and applicable regulatory requirements.
