This opportunity is ideal for a skilled, detail-oriented professional with expertise in fabricating, modifying, and repairing dental prostheses and appliances in line with dental prescriptions, technical specifications, and quality standards.

The role is suited to a technically proficient individual with strong craftsmanship, precision, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dental laboratory work.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, modify, and repair dental prostheses, including crowns, bridges, dentures, veneers, and other dental appliances as required.
  
• Interpret dental prescriptions, impressions, scans, and laboratory instructions accurately.
  
• Produce dental restorations that meet the required standards for fit, function, aesthetics, and durability.
  
• Work with dental laboratory materials, equipment, and tools in accordance with established procedures.
  
• Use digital dentistry technologies, including CAD/CAM systems and 3D printing, where applicable.
  
• Collaborate with dentists and other dental laboratory professionals to clarify case requirements and resolve technical issues.
  
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with laboratory quality standards.
  
• Maintain accurate case records and follow laboratory procedures for tracking and managing work.
  
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, and safe use of laboratory equipment.
  
• Comply with infection prevention, occupational health and safety, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Dental Technology or Dental Laboratory Technology.
  
• Previous experience working in a dental laboratory or a similar role.
  
• Practical knowledge of dental materials, prosthetic fabrication techniques, and laboratory procedures.
  
• Experience with crowns, bridges, dentures, or other dental appliances relevant to the laboratory’s services.
  
• Familiarity with digital dentistry, CAD/CAM workflows, or 3D printing would be an advantage.
  
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and technical problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent quality standards.
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
