Tanqeeb is seeking a skilled Dental Lab Technician in Abu Dhabi to support high-quality digital restorations and appliances. The role emphasizes CAD/CAM workflows, restorative materials, and DoH compliance.

The candidate will design and manufacture crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, and implant restorations using scanners, milling machines, and 3D printers, ensuring precise occlusion, margins, and shade matching. A DoH license and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Requires DoH/HAAD Dental Lab Technician license (Abu Dhabi) or eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in dental lab technology with 2+ years post-qualification experience, or accredited 2-year program with 4+ years experience.
• Hands-on CAD/CAM, dental scanning, design, milling and/or 3D printing experience.

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions, scans, and lab work orders.
• Design and manufacture crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, implants, models, appliances.
• Operate dental scanners, CAD/CAM software, milling machines, 3D printers and finishing equipment.
• Ensure accurate fit, margins, contacts, occlusion, shade, and surface finishing.
• Work with ceramics, zirconia, implants restorations, crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures.
• Maintain production records, case traceability, and QC documentation.
• Follow DoH regulations, infection-control, HSE, and data-protection requirements.
• Coordinate with dentists, production teams, and quality personnel to meet timelines.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dental Lab Technician to support the production of high-quality digital dental restorations and appliances. The role requires strong practical expertise in CAD/CAM dental workflows, restorative materials, quality control, and DoH compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review dental prescriptions, digital scans, and laboratory work orders.
• Design and manufacture crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, implant restorations, models, and dental appliances.
• Operate dental scanners, CAD/CAM software, milling machines, 3D printers, and finishing equipment.
• Ensure accurate fit, margins, contacts, occlusion, shade, surface finishing, and overall quality.
• Work with ceramic, zirconia, metal, acrylic, and implant-supported restorations.
• Maintain accurate production records, case traceability, and quality-control documentation.
• Follow DoH regulations, infection-control standards, HSE procedures, and data-protection requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with dentists, production teams, and quality personnel to meet delivery timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Valid DoH/HAAD Dental Lab Technician license in Abu Dhabi; eligibility letter may be considered subject to licence activation.
• Bachelor’s degree in dental laboratory technology with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience, or an accredited 2-year Dental Technology programme with at least 4 years’ experience.
• Hands-on experience in CAD/CAM, dental scanning, design, milling and/or 3D printing.
• Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, morphology, occlusion, shade matching, restorative materials, and quality standards.
• Experience in ceramics, zirconia, implant restorations, crowns, bridges, veneers, and dentures.
• Good English communication skills and ability to maintain accurate electronic records.
• Experience in a digital dental laboratory or advanced dental manufacturing environment is preferred.
