Job summary

The First Group Hospitality is seeking a Chef de Partie for Soluna Restaurants and Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah. You will support station operations, prepare Western and Italian dishes, and ensure food safety standards across breakfast and service periods.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of culinary experience, a diploma in culinary, pizza/dough making skills, HACCP knowledge, and a willingness to work as part of a dynamic kitchen team in a luxury beach club setting in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of culinary experience.
• Knowledge of pizza/dough making is essential.
• Strong food safety practices and HACCP knowledge.
• Experience with Western and Italian cuisines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure station opening and closing procedures are carried out to standard.
• Be fully aware of all menu items, recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
• Adhere to standardized recipes and specifications to maintain consistency.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in pizza and dough making process.
• Understand and support breakfast/buffet operations and set up.
• Keep over-production and food waste to minimum, manage inventory and labeling.
